RETURNS AND CREDIT

For Pet With Love works hard to ensure our pet shoppers get what they order quickly and in good condition. Customer has 30 days to return an item for a full refund of the product cost*. Items must be unused and the product packaging must be in the original condition you received it in to warrant a refund. We will gladly issue credit for the product and shipping costs if:

  • Our customer receives the wrong item, or is shorted
  • The product received will expire within 30 days
  • The order arrives damaged or defective**
  • Order is lost in transit or got delivered to the wrong address***

We cannot issue credit for order submission errors, buyer’s remorse or fraudulent purchases.

All replacement orders should be submitted through our online store as new orders.

A 25% restocking fee would be charged if the order has been returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an invalid address provided by the customer. Restocking fee of 25% would also be applied if the customer makes an erroneous order (incorrect size, color, etc.).

Perishable items such as pet food or other consumable items are not returnable once opened due to sanitary reasons. 

Please send an email to sales@forpetwithlove.com if you would like to initiate a return process. We will contact you within 24 hours on a business day M-F or the next business day if you contact us during the weekend or National Holidays. 

Please include your order number and the specific items you would like to return. 

We will provide you with RMA and the address your return needs to be shipped to. 

We would ask you to provide us with tracking number for your shipment. 

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days since the date of your returned items arrival to our warehouse. 

*Return shipping cost is generally a responsibility of the Customer with the few exceptions listed below.

**Shipping costs will be reimbursed only in cases of defects and shortages. Reports of manufacturer defect must include pictures of the problem and submitted within 72 hours from the delivery.

***We will assist customers in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier in case of items being lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address due to shipping carrier error.
